This trip takes you to Amish Acres in Nappanee, Indiana, created from an 80-acre Old Order Amish farm .  Enjoy a stop on the way to Amish Acres at the Wakarusa Dime Store famous for old-fashioned candy treats.  Free samples of their most popular treats are offered.  Pick a favorite.  Visit the nostalgic Wakarusa Hardware store with its floor to ceiling “wall of 1,000 drawers.”  Upon arriving at Amish Acres, experience the guided house and farm tour, farm wagon ride , two documentary films “Genesis and Exodus of the Amish, family style Threshers Dinner and Round Barn Theatre production of  “Mamma Mia” . On the tour of the main house and 80-acre farm you'll learn about the intriguing lives of the Amish people. This tour has everything you need to put you in touch with the Amish way of life and to help you understand the reasons behind it.  To end the day sit back and relax while we enjoy smash hits from ABBA’s 1975 chart topper Mamma Mia.  It includes such hits as Super Trouper, Lay All you Love on Me, Dancing Queen, Knowing Me, Knowing You, Take a Chance on Me, Thank you for the Music, Money, Money, Money, The Winner Takes It all, Voulez-Vous, SOS and the title track.  Take time to relax at the wonderful attraction in Northern Indiana and enjoy the beauty of Elkhart County.
